Management was truly awful since my movein They would enter my unit without any notification or waiting for a response and even the bedrooms were not spared They promised to fix the broken door but never did Additionally they advertised housekeeping which turned out to be false as no one ever arrived The shower water was consistently cold and management made the same promise of fixing it which went unfulfilled After moving out I was sent to collections for damages that were already there when I moved in no notice of this had been given whatsoever Talking with Crystal about this matter proved useless as she was rude and never got back to me after claiming shed do so in four days Johnny then said hed get back to me within 24 hours but that didnt happen either instead an email instructing me to fill out a preexisting conditions form which wasnt provided came through after another week had gone by After yet another week passed by with no response from them I paid the damage costs just so it wouldnt affect my credit score only then did they reply quickly demonstrating their only concern is money rather than providing suitable services more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for the last year and have always had a great experience with management Any problems in my apartment were quickly repaired Initially my bathroom had numerous issues but the staff fixed everything from leaky faucets to replacing the sink bowl and retiling the shower However due to the Covid19 outbreak it has recently become difficult to get in touch with them though now you can talk to them through a glass window while keeping everyone safe with both parties wearing masks and they are still extremely helpful with anything you need As far as reviews regarding smoking tenants go if you contact management they will issue a notice concerning smoking outside since that is whats written in the lease if it bothers other tenants I havent faced this problem myself yet but I often smell amazing food coming from my neighbors unit cant really complain about that In addition rent is affordable here theres an awesome view outside of my floor plus there are several bus stops and malls nearby for food and travel purposes The buildings location is also great Ultimately any apartment can look nice if one takes care of their living space showing some photos of just my bedroom bathroom view more ... hide ...

I have a lot to report about Playfair Residences and their property management G S rentalregal management Our experience was the worst There were numerous issues with the apartment cracks terrible paint condition on the balcony faulty fans and cooling system management was unresponsive dodging emails for weeks and never providing concrete answers submitting a work request would go unheard for months The ladies in the office were nice but useless Construction noise is a constant from 7am5pm Units are small and in not good shape yet very expensive some going up to 1650 with no electricity included temperature control is impossible sometimes making it too hot in winter or no AC in summer notices apologizing for everything are posted all over lobby and elevator areas but they don't do anything to fix it all 45am construction noises usually occur without consequence despite building apologies Everyone on my floor has similar issues with this management situation so we feel like second class citizens despite being customers here Though the area is beautiful nearby city park bar and shawarma place theres something wrong when you cant get help from management when you need it most To summarize Management terrible Building deplorable conditions Residents generally nice Great location more ... hide ...
