    If you're looking for an affordable, well-maintained and tidy building, Villa Vista is the perfect option. I stayed there for two years and was highly content with the helpfulness of the staff and their quick response time - something that is not often seen in Ottawa apartment blocks. All in all, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend living here!

    I had an awful experience with the property manager Aria Alavi and his colleague Eric. Villa Vista 2969 Fairlea Crescent is not a place I would recommend, as it smells and is in terrible condition! The carpets and walls are discolored everywhere, plus one of the elevators does not work. What's more, the building has a bad crowd of neighbours; all they care about is your money - nothing else. Reports of infestation and mold have also surfaced. Be mindful and do not rent there!
