My partner and I have been living in apartment 2995 of this building since June 2013 Weve occupied three different floors for various personal reasons and we havent regretted any of them Weve seen the company employ around 34 office managers all of whom were capable While some were more liked than others none were bad whatsoever Another positive is that all utilities are included which makes budgeting simpler since its not easy to find this in the city When it comes to concerns they respond immediately and pest control is always on point Ive only spotted a few small ants drawn to sweet things Considering thats the worst I have experienced Im content with it being so effortless to take care of All in all if someone needs an uncomplicated place to stay before settling down into a home then apartment 2995 would be my recommendationEdit August 2022Im adding an update due to having a roach infestation over the past year now though they come quickly when called upon to spray my unit this has gone from happening once a year up until recently when it increased monthly and even four times in one month They need to do more than just address my individual unit this situation is really disheartening considering I have inhabited the building for over nine years without any issues until now more ... hide ...

I had a mix of experiences while living at Westerra Fields and I want to share this info with people so they can make an informed decision before moving in On the plus side the area is pet friendly quiet on the outskirts of town has new playgrounds for kids and a convenient coop gas stationgymdog rundog wash station Unfortunately some buildings were very loud due to residents having 14 large dogs in small apartments My friend applied for an apartment there but after giving a damage deposit staff avoided her calls emails for two weeks then said no due to credit issues wasting her lunch hour when she went in person just to get a refund Staff also hounded me for insurance docs Id already given them 6 months prior Moving day was stressful as my fob didnt work rental office staff couldnt help suggested I stay inside all weekend or be homeless until it was fixed Finally they loaned me one but it was still unhelpful unpleasant The treadmills were broken most of my lease and when reported helpline gave snarky answers not ETA on repair After moving out mail got sent accidentally rental office chat person said it wasnt their problem disconnected before I could offer solutions more ... hide ...

I lived at the Marquis for almost a year and despite its excellent views great location and clean and comfortable suites I have to give it a lower rating due to health and safety issues During my stay only one elevator was functional for most of the time it would often go out of service for 24 hours or more leaving elderly or disabled residents with no other option but the stairs As of May 2022 the other elevator was about to be repaired but that would leave the building with just one working elevator again So before moving in make sure you understand how long this process might take because it could be delayed due to supply chain issues Furthermore since January 2022 smoking is not allowed on balconies but smoke still comes through vents and plumbing from other suites Despite multiple reports over months nothing has been done to resolve this issue management encourages tenants to report smoke problems yet they are unable to actually fix them so if youre sensitive to smoke I wouldnt recommend living there more ... hide ...

The personnel are friendly and they respond fast to maintenance issues The apartments specifically corner ones have a lot of daylight Nevertheless because of the many remodels there is much construction noise during the day Theres not much that can be done about noisy tenants but if you contact security they will break up loud parties Aircon is great during 2022-09-30T22:32:17Z
