This location on the river has been a home for many years. Unfortunately, it's in quite a state due to years of neglect from the owners. Heating and air conditioning have presented problems in the past, with winter heating being difficult to maintain due to leaky windows. Furthermore, the AC units are old and loud. Although 25 years ago this was considered a nice building; at present it is below par. The staff have done their best despite limited resources; however they appear to be leaving as soon as they can. Recently there have been some repairs (albeit minor) made to the property but not enough to make much of an impact overall.

The leasing process was made simple for me due to the helpful staff, who even assisted with transporting my belongings and promptly addressing any issues I had (which were few). The manager is a highly proficient professional and the doormen always bring cheer when passing by. Maintenance has been taken seriously here, resulting in a pleasant environment. Furthermore, the location is great; situated on the riverbank with an attractive outlook and in a tranquil area suitable for exercising.
