I am ecstatic to have chosen 225 Carlton as my home in Winnipeg having lived in various places across Canada and the US When I moved in a couple of issues arose however the staff worked hard to fix them and were sincerely apologetic This was a refreshingly Canadian gesture compared to where I had previously resided Everyone from the leasing team Leesa and Alexa to concierge security personnel and maintenance crew have been incredibly welcoming The building itself is situated nicely with amazing vistas and amenities such as Hargrave Market at the base for food and drinks or work time plus there was a fantastic Salsa Sunday event held in the courtyard last week Additionally I have also utilized the 25th floor for some peace and quiet while working Thus far my experience has surpassed all expectations heres hoping that trend continues throughout my stay more ... hide ...

I have lived in this building for three years and the previous management FDL used to get things done However since they have taken over there have been many issues the worst of all being that they do not care about anything I had an issue with a credit which took six months to resolve and there were repairs needed in my unit which took four months but never 2022-10-25T08:02:19Z
I have lived in this building for three years and the previous management FDL used to get things done However since they have taken over there have been many issues the worst of all being that they do not care about anything I had an issue with a credit which took six months to resolve and there were repairs needed in my unit which took four months but never got done They even put up a notice on the outside stating it would be taken care of by the end of the year yet it still hasnt been completed There are many people working for them who are all incompetent and their customer service is abysmal yet they were rated as one of Canadas Top 100 Employers Keys were left unsupervised on counters so people could just take them away at least Tadousac The maintenance staff make comments but then don't finish their jobs with excuses every single time you go see them resulting in new tickets being made and nothing gets resolved The rent is high considering they offer no customer service whatsoever In short they are terrible at whatever they do when they say Ill call you be sure that it wont happen No one takes responsibility for mistakes nor follows up when promised calls and visits lead nowhere but frustration If something does not work here expect a long process ahead before you can get any little thing fixed I even waited two months for my mailbox key with their solution being you can wait for the mailman more ... hide ...

I would not recommend this building at all it gave me nothing but trouble during my year living there It was full of bedbugs and cockroaches and the management only seemed to care about you before you signed the lease After that their mission seemed to be to make your life miserable

Poor management in this great place The supervisors stay all day in the office with their lights off only coming out for smoking breaks and bathroom runs Despite the buildings potential it is difficult with this kind of invisible leadership The building has been painted but it remains dirty and the grounds are neglected There is garbage everywhere and of course no visible superintendents Centurion needs to take action the latest notice on the bulletin board is from July 2021 To make matters worse they hired a landscaper who butchered all of the grass on Sunday weeds were seen as ornamental plants Bikes are parked near the entrance every night and nobody takes care of keeping weeds out of the ornamental gravel If someone wants to call them they will be harassed by their staff No thank you everyone knows how they work which is why many people have left this building A AAA company was here to clean carpets but they remain dirty mats are still worn and dogs are urinating in lobbieselevators yet no action has been taken Notices from lobby show July 2021 date so probably nothing new there eithermany notices arrive too late no 24 hour minimum or nothing happens afterwards like line painting which makes people guess at parking linesnumbers Fix these issues then maybe someone will call Centurion more ... hide ...

This particular building and management was the worst I have ever encountered In a single month we had three or four cases of car windows being broken into in the underground parking resulting in items being stolen from the vehicles In fact even my large package that had been shipped to my correct address was taken by a thief When I called to inform management of this issue I was met with rudeness as they kept saying it wasnt their responsibility and people were just leaving items out for thievery I asked what kind of security this was and the answer was simply I don't know It left us feeling unsafe living there if nothing is done about theft outside now it will eventually make its way inside our homes The staff member then suggested that people shouldnt leave wallets in their cars if they didnt want them stolen as if its our fault for someone breaking into our property We always pay our rent including parking on time yet we are still not given respect or protection where we live This post is written out of frustration due to the lack of care from management and other tenants having similar issues but no action being taken on them either more ... hide ...
