Management was truly awful since my move-in. They would enter my unit without any notification or waiting for a response, and even the bedrooms were not spared. They promised to fix the broken door but never did. Additionally, they advertised housekeeping which turned out to be false as no one ever arrived. The shower water was consistently cold and management made the same promise of fixing it which went unfulfilled. After moving out, I was sent to collections for damages that were already there when I moved in; no notice of this had been given whatsoever! Talking with Crystal about this matter proved useless as she was rude and never got back to me after claiming she'd do so in four days. Johnny then said he'd get back to me within 24 hours but that didn't happen either; instead, an email instructing me to fill out a pre-existing conditions form (which wasn't provided) came through after another week had gone by. After yet another week passed by with no response from them, I paid the damage costs just so it wouldn't affect my credit score - only then did they reply quickly demonstrating their only concern is money rather than providing suitable services

I had signed my lease early in June for an early bird rate, and I had asked to move in a few days before the scheduled date - management and the leasing department said it was okay. Now, a couple of days prior to me moving in, they notified me that I could no longer come earlier since it didn't work with them. This is totally unprofessional and frustrating - all they can say is "sorry for the error" despite having corresponded about this issue for a month. Before signing the lease, I hadn't read reviews which was a mistake; they are only concerned with money not accommodation. If this is what happens before moving in then I'm worried about what will occur once living there. My advice to those considering living here: read reviews first! After moving in though: if you just need somewhere to sleep, then sure go ahead; but if you're looking for a living space don't do it - cockroaches are terrible and management does nothing about them; plus they charge extra fees even when not asked for and don't put any effort into making the place look nice when there's so much potential that's being wasted.

I was initially fairly positive about the building I had toured in late summer; the hospitable staff and spacious rooms (which are usually more expensive on college campuses) persuaded me to sign a lease. I had read online that there previously were cockroach issues, so I made sure to ask them about it during my tour—they assured me they take reviews seriously, and the problem was resolved. After living here for three weeks however, I am profoundly disappointed with the amount of cockroaches. Every day we find them in our kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms (including under mattresses!). On move-in-day we were promised cleaned and sanitized rooms but unfortunately this wasn't true—there was dust everywhere as well as film on desks, blinds, and beds. The infestation is why I won't be coming back next year. Aside from that though, maintenance is good; also staff friendliness is great plus wifi is super fast (after being totally down for my first day). Unfortunately due to the bug issue I cannot recommend this place for students; if you don't want to live with cockroaches then look elsewhere!
