I am beyond delighted to call this place home. Management is incredibly friendly and effective, with Erick being particularly outstanding in assisting with any maintenance issues in my flat. Not only is he great at what he does, but he's also a blast to talk to! I relish the amenities the building offers (I use the gym every day and treat myself to a dip in the indoor pool on weekends) as well as its unbeatable location near restaurants, grocery stores, post office and medical clinic. All things considered, I give it five stars! And let me not forget to mention that my apartment's view is simply stunning- after two years of living here, I'm still enamored with it!

I have been very content living in the UBC Chancellor Court apartments (McKenzie House & Ross House) for 13 years, but it is now time to move on. Austeville Properties has done an excellent job in keeping the buildings up to date and the onsite management team is both efficient and welcoming - John especially made me feel right at home! The two suites I lived in had plenty of closet space, lots of daylight, and gorgeous mountain views. There was a diverse mix of people living there - families, seniors, professionals, students - all of whom were well-mannered. The building was usually peaceful; only once in a while did noise from outside come into play when school terms started or ended. A big thank you goes out to John, Erick, Haylee and Tom for creating such a great atmosphere!
