We were thrilled to move into our place as soon as the South Tower was done last October! Our east-facing apartment offers beautiful morning light until noon and then a pleasant shade for the rest of the day. We face Bank Street but it's not too loud, especially with closed windows. The soundproofing is fabulous and there has never been any noise from our neighbors. If you're uncomfortable with open windows, you can use the AC that is built in! Also included in rent is Wifi which we've never had any issues with. The office staff are really nice and accommodating--they'll take care of anything right away! After looking at numerous rentals, we believe this place is one of the best values in town--it's recently constructed, in an excellent area filled with stores and restaurants plus easy access to public transport; additionally, Lunen has an underground garage for a fair price. We love living here!

We have had a marvelous experience with Lunen Haus. Their personnel are incredible, cordial and very encouraging. We just signed the lease, and the whole transaction was wonderful.The apartments are clean and roomy. The suites are stunningly beautiful. They provide Wifi as part of rent which is great! Plus, in-unit washer/dryer! We fancy the open kitchen-living space concept plus the wide windows in each unit. The spot is also ideal since there are shops, eateries, parks and public transit nearby.All summed up, it's beautiful newly built structures and their personnel are delightful! We eagerly anticipate moving in!

Lunen Haus is a stunning and well-crafted building with great amenities. From the property manager to the rental advisors and maintenance personnel, their staff are outstanding. They are friendly, quick and efficient. The building offers heated pathways, entryways, parking spots as well as a parking garage and bike storage. Its central location allows for shopping, dining and other necessities to be within walking distance; in addition, there are nearby parks and public transit close by. Every unit comes with top notch appliances such as a washer/dryer combo, microwave ovens, fridges etc., all of which have been designed in a modern style - making it an ideal place to live.
