Having resided in Boardwalk Deville for more than five years, I can safely say that it was a great experience. Maintenance requests were often tended to promptly and the building was secure. In addition, there was minimal noise from neighbouring tenants and the view was spectacular! The winter months brought enough heat to keep me comfortable and when it came time to move out, my damage deposit was handled fairly. The staff were always very kind and helpful too; furthermore, the facilities saw regular improvements such as a new gym installed shortly before I vacated. Thank you Boardwalk Deville!

I've been a resident of Deville Apartments for over a dozen years, and it's been an outstanding experience. Shirin and Cherisse in the office are always so cheerful and inviting, while the cleaning staff do an exceptional job keeping the building tidy yet still being incredibly hospitable. Furthermore, the suites boast gorgeous vistas and generous sizes. Without any hesitation I strongly suggest Deville to anyone seeking housing--you won't regret it! It's been my best rental experience ever! ˜˜
