The managements negligence is appalling the tenants are disrespectful and there are drug dealers The units are not maintained the hallways have a repulsive smell and outside is also poorly taken care of During winter no maintenance is done even though residents pay an extra 40 per month they do not salt plow or clean in that period and one must use their own 2022-10-23T00:02:18Z
The managements negligence is appalling the tenants are disrespectful and there are drug dealers The units are not maintained the hallways have a repulsive smell and outside is also poorly taken care of During winter no maintenance is done even though residents pay an extra 40 per month they do not salt plow or clean in that period and one must use their own shovel when there is 5 feet of snow Tenants are loud rude and obnoxious management does not intervene but just says to call the police This complex should be avoided at all costs it causes great disturbances The laundry room doesnt work either none of the dryers or washing machines do Our advice would be to look elsewhere immediately you don't want to stay here Especially with a busy main road right off to the side where theres a very noisy dog barking all hours of day and night Theres constant suspicious activity in the building at night with people using keys who don't live here which makes it unsafe too more ... hide ...

Ive lived in this building since 2012 and my experience has been positive The Rental Agents are friendly and accommodating not taking any nonsense Maintenance is done frequently the hallways are tidy its peaceful and the laundry machines work without issue There is a regular influx of tenants most of whom are working professionals with some families that respect their neighbors something I find beneficial Additionally they have upgraded the apartments to include dishwashers which Im pleased with It may be an older building but Im still content to call it home more ... hide ...

We don't know where to start with the mismanagement of this building Rochelle who was doing all she could under the companys immense pressure on her either quit or was fired The state of the art gym is lacking in popular apparatuses and has too much empty space The steam room has been unusable from the very beginning Privacy screens for decks are not allowed because everything is a fire hazard according to this company Theyre more likely to complain than talk about issues like human beings Bike racks in the parkade are too small for adult bikes and they advertise storage that isn't enough either Even though they look modern these luxury apartments have AC units barely reaching far rooms washers without rinsespin cycle bottom of line fridges and noninduction ovens not worth their high rental rates at all Mail theft had been going on for months before they took action by moving one access door but since we knew who did it we got most of our stuff back 600 out of 800 Everyone I know with a lease ending is leaving because this place has been terribly managed without giving Rochelle enough help or tools to do her job properly so if you can avoid it find another place instead As if that wasnt bad enough I had to handwash ALL dishes for two months due to them refusing get a plumber in who would have fixed what turned out be nothing and instead trying more ... hide ...

I havent been pleased with my residence due to the lack of soundproofing and having to buy a snow shovel for my parking spot Additionally there is no microwave in the kitchen and limited storage space given the high rent Though I have been content with the appliances and maintenance crew who handle problems quickly navigating through the large rocks of lands 2022-10-09T12:32:17Z

Getting set up initially was a bit of a challenge however the property manager was very helpful and courteous Though I havent lived there for too long yet the place appears to be of good quality When I have lived there longer I will update my review The location is pretty good its in close proximity to several services and amenities but if you plan on walking there it can be quite strenuous since its an uphill trek back home with any groceries you may need to carry Security measures are standard using a dongle style entry system Additionally they provide lockers for packages which is convenient plus a buzzer system linked to your phone so that visitors can enter securely The view depends on which room you get mine faces the parking lot and another building so its not the best view but some rooms do face towards the lake providing an improved look out point All in all Im quite happy with it and would recommend it more ... hide ...

We have been living in the Henderson Meadows Buildings for over three years and our experience has been quite mixed On numerous occasions they randomly set off the fire alarms during the day with no warning this has occurred five or six times since weve moved here Maintenance requests can be slow to respond even for minor issues such as blind slats appliance bulb replacements and inspections it might take up to a month or more However when we needed a carbon monoxide detector replacement outside of business hours maintenance was quick to arrive and change it The worker was very nice Maintenance requests can be rather unpredictable Additionally I have only called customer care a few times but each time it took me about 45 minutes just to get through and when I did eventually talk to someone they were not accommodating at all using a patronizing tone and constantly interrupting me It could have just been that one person though I havent spoken with anyone else yet so thats unclear It is usually easier just talking directly with the building manager instead of customer care representatives Although there are some benefits like onsite employees at this location overall our experience has been average at best more ... hide ...
