This place is not recommendable as a place to stay People who recently moved to Regina may think the cost of rent is low however it is similar to other apartment complexes Paying the rent every month here is a waste of money due to their terrible management During winter there was no heating most of the time and employees had no courtesy or knowledge on how to manage the property Plus they were very rude and lacked basic communication skills Issues were never fixed in a timely manner and parking lots were never cleaned either I even had my own shovel in my car for when I tried to park during winter so I wouldnt get stuck Everyone from management was impolite and should be trained on how to treat their tenants properly coming from someone who has experienced this firsthand read other peoples reviews before you decide on renting from them more ... hide ...

I recently finished a threeweek stay at Metro1827 and Im thoroughly pleased with the quality of the apartment It was wellequipped with a very comfortable bed great pillows and bedding an excellent shower and a selection of new kitchen appliances The underground parking was outstanding as well I felt like this rental was my own home away from home Additionall 2022-09-30T07:32:16Z

Having lived in the building for a year I can say the location was great being near Southland Mall All utilities cable and 10Mb SaskTel were included in the lease for a year The only thing I wish that had been included was a parking stall as there was an extra fee for it especially during winter but street parking was available Other tenants were nice and no 2022-10-09T00:02:18Z
