This housing is quite expensive relative to what it offers You pay for amenities that you may not even use and the gym lacks standard equipment The lounge used to have a pool table but now is just a seating area The laundry system is very convoluted and theres only one room for two buildings often machines are broken and remain so for weeks without repair Management does not communicate well with the rentparking payment company so you end up having to reconfirm payments frequently Additionally don't expect much of your security deposit back as they charge 200 for any cleaning needed I had 10 minutes of cleaning left behind and was still charged 200 Unless this place is your only option do not live here more ... hide ...

This past July we booked a stay at Discovery Bay in Kelowna on Sunset Drive through Airbnb Suite 352 in the Central building We received instructions from Cole of Kelowna Vacation Rentals but when we arrived it was a wild goose chase trying to get into our suite With no parking and a stranger having to let us in it took an hour of confusion and frustration before we had access To make matters worse the place didnt have air conditioning like advertised and there was hardly any hot water broken bedroom curtains spider webs inside and a broken outside door were only some of our vacation nightmares Over the 5day period we contacted Cole about the situation with no help for the sweltering heat waking up sweating every morning didnt aid our experience either Afterwards we reached out to Airbnb for reimbursement due to our discomfort with no response so far after two weeks I highly suggest avoiding Discovery Bay Resort as well as dealing with Airbnb or Kelowna Vacation Rentals more ... hide ...
