The management's negligence is appalling; the tenants are disrespectful and there are drug dealers. The units are not maintained, the hallways have a repulsive smell, and outside is also poorly taken care of. During winter, no maintenance is done even though residents pay an extra $40 per month; they do not salt, plow or clean in that period and one must use their own shovel when there is 5 feet of snow. Tenants are loud, rude and obnoxious - management does not intervene but just says to call the police. This complex should be avoided at all costs - it causes great disturbances. The laundry room doesn't work either; none of the dryers or washing machines do! Our advice would be to look elsewhere immediately - you don't want to stay here! Especially with a busy main road right off to the side where there's a very noisy dog barking all hours of day and night. There's constant suspicious activity in the building at night with people using keys who don't live here which makes it unsafe too!
