The "state of the art gym" is lacking in popular apparatuses and has too much empty space. The steam room has been unusable from the very beginning. Privacy screens for decks are not allowed because everything is a fire hazard according to this company. They're more likely to complain than talk about issues like human beings. Bike racks in the parkade are too small for adult bikes, and they advertise storage that isn't enough either. Even though they look modern, these luxury apartments have A/C units barely reaching far rooms, washers without rinse+spin cycle, bottom of line fridges and non-induction ovens – not worth their high rental rates at all! Mail theft had been going on for months before they took action by moving one access door; but since we knew who did it we got most of our stuff back ($600 out of $800). Everyone I know with a lease ending is leaving because this place has been terribly managed without giving Rochelle enough help or tools to do her job properly; so if you can avoid it - find another place instead!
