Getting set up initially was a bit of a challenge, however the property manager was very helpful and courteous. Though I haven't lived there for too long yet, the place appears to be of good quality. When I have lived there longer I will update my review. The location is pretty good; it's in close proximity to several services and amenities, but if you plan on walking there it can be quite strenuous since its an uphill trek back home with any groceries you may need to carry. Security measures are standard using a dongle style entry system. Additionally they provide lockers for packages which is convenient, plus a buzzer system linked to your phone so that visitors can enter securely. The view depends on which room you get; mine faces the parking lot and another building so it's not the best view but some rooms do face towards the lake providing an improved look out point. All in all, I'm quite happy with it and would recommend it.
