I've lived in this building since 2012 and my experience has been positive. The Rental Agents are friendly and accommodating, not taking any nonsense. Maintenance is done frequently, the hallways are tidy, it's peaceful and the laundry machines work without issue. There is a regular influx of tenants, most of whom are working professionals with some families that respect their neighbors; something I find beneficial. Additionally, they have upgraded the apartments to include dishwashers which I'm pleased with. It may be an older building but I'm still content to call it home.
