We don't know where to start with the mismanagement of this building Rochelle who was doing all she could under the companys immense pressure on her either quit or was fired The state of the art gym is lacking in popular apparatuses and has too much empty space The steam room has been unusable from the very beginning Privacy screens for decks are not allowed because everything is a fire hazard according to this company Theyre more likely to complain than talk about issues like human beings Bike racks in the parkade are too small for adult bikes and they advertise storage that isn't enough either Even though they look modern these luxury apartments have AC units barely reaching far rooms washers without rinsespin cycle bottom of line fridges and noninduction ovens not worth their high rental rates at all Mail theft had been going on for months before they took action by moving one access door but since we knew who did it we got most of our stuff back 600 out of 800 Everyone I know with a lease ending is leaving because this place has been terribly managed without giving Rochelle enough help or tools to do her job properly so if you can avoid it find another place instead As if that wasnt bad enough I had to handwash ALL dishes for two months due to them refusing get a plumber in who would have fixed what turned out be nothing and instead trying more ... hide ...

Getting set up initially was a bit of a challenge however the property manager was very helpful and courteous Though I havent lived there for too long yet the place appears to be of good quality When I have lived there longer I will update my review The location is pretty good its in close proximity to several services and amenities but if you plan on walking there it can be quite strenuous since its an uphill trek back home with any groceries you may need to carry Security measures are standard using a dongle style entry system Additionally they provide lockers for packages which is convenient plus a buzzer system linked to your phone so that visitors can enter securely The view depends on which room you get mine faces the parking lot and another building so its not the best view but some rooms do face towards the lake providing an improved look out point All in all Im quite happy with it and would recommend it more ... hide ...

I have had an incredible experience renting with Trio Kelowna Alejandra surpassing any other place in Canada since I started living independently Everywhere from Ontario to BC that I have lived they were so timely and pleasant to deal with Not only did they adjust to my schedule for viewings and applications but also answered within 24 hours As I had a job offer that wanted me to start in two weeks a challenge considering the pandemic housing market Trio was the only one who replied swiftly enough for me to get approved within the week of the viewing The apartment is terrific as is its location its the first time as a young professional where I feel like Im paying for what I get an ideal home thats pet friendly too Knowing my dog wouldnt be a problem greatly relieved my moving anxiety and Alejandra was so sweet when she met him he even came along for inspection From start until finish all of my interactions with Alejandra and her team were delightful She had all of my paperwork ready which allowed me drive from Ontario and settle into my apartment right away A wonderful experience all around thank you Trio team more ... hide ...

I was hired as a temporary employee at Smith Creek Village drawn to the work due to my genuine care for people During my time there I witnessed and heard about many instances of elder abuse from staff members There were also complaints from residents about the way they were treated by the care team For voicing my concerns I started to be targeted by coworkers and management in an attempt to silence me The way Baptist Housing markets Smith Creek Village is inaccurate compared to what actually goes on behind closed doors its terrible what I saw there Although not all of the staff are bad those who are good may be too afraid to stand up for residents due to fear of losing their jobs with management supporting the abuse Despite this I kept dedicating myself to caring for residents and putting a smile on their faces while upholding ethical and humane practices in my work with them As Covid19 continues if you have family in Baptist Housing care please check in on your loved one they need us as advocates now more than ever Sadly however after attempting so hard to help these individuals through difficult times and challenging situations despite being wellliked by residents I was terminated suddenly without valid reason or substantiation its clear that they wanted me out because I refused allow the abuse continue any longer As a result of this experience which could fill an entire book with stories about unacceptable practices going on there including how chapel services offered do not reflect a God centered approach more ... hide ...

I have been living in Mission Flats for over a year now and I still adore it It is situated perfectly with convenient access to bus stops supermarkets drugstores coffee houses and the wonderful Pandosy Village My husband and I have not encountered many of the issues that other inhabitants are complaining about Thus I think we should be lenient towards people and recognize the efforts of our management to make this place delightful to live in It is noticeable that they are taking action on all matters brought up or dealing with them ongoing Parking spots can be scarce sometimes but there are other alternatives available which has never caused us problems while hosting parties at our place The suites are stunning while balconies provide plenty of space moreover it is also petfriendly The complex looks marvellous as well as being properly kept up by its current managers who we plan on staying with for at least another year or two an opportunity I feel privileged to have Taking all reviews into account my suggestion would be to anyone looking for a place Mission Flats should definitely be considered more ... hide ...

I had a terrible experience with one of the property managers in the parking lot two months ago They had recently taken over managing two buildings instead of just one so the old managers were no longer here which was quite unfortunate since they were a kind couple As I pulled into my space this huge 63ft guy started YELLING at me asking if I had a problem and started following me up the stairs demanding to know which suite I lived in I refused to tell him where my apartment was as he was a complete stranger to me He then proceeded to call my cosigner with an untrue story about how I supposedly sped in the parking lot and yelled at him all of which never happened I hadnt done anything wrong Speeding in this small parking lot is impossible anyway before today there hadnt been any issues here and living here had been great DO NOT RENT HERE IF THERE IS NO ONE ON SITE TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY because its unacceptable for someone like this guy who is intimidating to come up on someone as small as me who did nothing wrong more ... hide ...

Living at 1920 Enterprise Way and dealing with Mission Group as the management company was a complete nightmare The first property manager Janice Humphrey was especially unprofessional and rude Initially we were told parking came included with each unit only to find out there is an additional 60 fee for each stall We were promised a unit on the second floor yet ended up having to take one on the third which was more expensive Storage units were advertised as being 50 but ended up being 65 upon signing It felt like they were nickelanddiming us its like they have some financial issues going on due to their upcharges and gouging tendencies When we would show up for appointments Janice would always be absent her response once was simply Im busy The second property manager rented multiple units to drug addicts so unsavory people loitered around all day making it unsafe there were even multiple breakins in the underground area that necessitated tenants act as security guards and call police if anything suspicious occurred Homeless people lived near the building which could be seen from any living room window looking out towards the creek where at night you could hear random screams coming from bushes surrounding them maybe this supposed luxury building should consider investing in some security since rental rates are extremely high and charges are added for every single small thing imaginable They charged us for six months straight for an extra parking stall we never had nor used by someone else more ... hide ...
