I haven't been pleased with my residence due to the lack of soundproofing and having to buy a snow shovel for my parking spot. Additionally, there is no microwave in the kitchen and limited storage space given the high rent. Though I have been content with the appliances and maintenance crew, who handle problems quickly, navigating through the large rocks of landscaping is difficult. It would be convenient if a couple of shovels were supplied in the lobby for tenants to clean out their stalls when necessary. In conclusion, I'm not too satisfied here overall.
