I've been living here for almost three years and the management and maintenance staff are excellent, keeping the building and its landscaping in good condition. The apartments have a luxurious appearance with marble counters, white cupboards, and stainless-steel appliances; additionally the gym is great since it's not very busy. The only downside is that my upstairs neighbours can be noisy at late hours; they don't understand they have to be considerate of those beneath them as their stomping around and loud voices often go on until late at night - even after being warned. As of this moment, it is 2:43am.
