I had a terrible experience with one of the property managers in the parking lot two months ago. They had recently taken over managing two buildings, instead of just one, so the old managers were no longer here - which was quite unfortunate since they were a kind couple. As I pulled into my space, this huge 6.3ft guy started YELLING at me asking if I had a problem and started following me up the stairs demanding to know which suite I lived in. I refused to tell him where my apartment was as he was a complete stranger to me! He then proceeded to call my co-signer with an untrue story about how I supposedly sped in the parking lot and yelled at him - all of which never happened (I hadn't done anything wrong!). Speeding in this small parking lot is impossible anyway; before today, there hadn't been any issues here and living here had been great! DO NOT RENT HERE IF THERE IS NO ONE ON SITE TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY because it's unacceptable for someone like this guy (who is intimidating) to come up on someone as small as me - who did nothing wrong.

After living in the same place for two years, we recently moved out. When we first moved in (under different management), the suite had been freshly painted, newly installed floors and a renovated bathroom. We found it appealing due to its location - being able to walk downtown and to the beach. As we were leaving, Skyline (the new management) was carrying out a lot of renovations such as fresh painting, new plumbing and flooring in the lobby/hallways. One of our major issues was that laundry machines were mostly not functioning properly and people had to compete for one that worked. With us having a newborn baby now, this posed an even bigger problem. It looks like this may have been something they planned on fixing soon enough though. I had a chance to see some of the newly renovated suites before I left - they had modern appliances such as full-sized ovens and fridges whereas our unrenovated suite only came with apartment-sized appliances.
