This place is NOT worth it!!! They try to entice you with a new building and modern look, but that's all they have. Parking for visitors is terrible - there are few spaces and a two hour time limit; longer than that, your car will be towed. Tenants even have to ask for permission if their visitor wants to stay more than two hours! The intercom system is awful, never hearing anything when people talk. Suites are overpriced and small - over $1850 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath of less than 800 sq ft., and you can hear noise from the hallways, above, and beside. They also do quarterly inspections of the entire suite "just to change the furnace filter". WiFi is included in rent but super slow. Plus in the underground parking lot you can't store anything but a car/bike (not even storage bins!). Leasing terms are inconsistent too; BBQs aren't allowed yet some suites have them, door mats must be present at entrances yet some tenants were told to remove them as tripping hazards? Homeless population has increased too so if you don't pay for parking space you'll need to park across the road behind London Drugs where cars often get broken into. Don't make our mistake – steer clear of this place!!

Living at 1920 Enterprise Way and dealing with Mission Group as the management company was a complete nightmare. The first property manager, Janice Humphrey, was especially unprofessional and rude. Initially we were told parking came included with each unit, only to find out there is an additional $60 fee for each stall. We were promised a unit on the second floor yet ended up having to take one on the third which was more expensive. Storage units were advertised as being $50 but ended up being $65 upon signing. It felt like they were nickel-and-diming us; it's like they have some financial issues going on due to their upcharges and gouging tendencies. When we would show up for appointments Janice would always be absent; her response once was simply "I'm busy." The second property manager rented multiple units to drug addicts so unsavory people loitered around all day, making it unsafe; there were even multiple break-ins in the underground area that necessitated tenants act as security guards and call police if anything suspicious occurred. Homeless people lived near the building which could be seen from any living room window looking out towards the creek where at night you could hear random screams coming from bushes surrounding more ...
