We'd been hunting for months, even going so far as to rent a short-term place until we could find a home that suited our family. As luck would have it, while driving around the neighborhood we came across Trio Apartments and made an appointment to view two of them. We were fortunate enough to get the one that was perfect for us! After many visits and interactions with numerous landlords, this one felt safest, most tranquil and inviting. Getting settled in was hassle free thanks to the great organization of everything there. We highly recommend Trio Apartments!

I have had an incredible experience renting with Trio (Kelowna, Alejandra), surpassing any other place in Canada since I started living independently. Everywhere from Ontario to B.C that I have lived, they were so timely and pleasant to deal with. Not only did they adjust to my schedule for viewings and applications, but also answered within 24 hours! As I had a job offer that wanted me to start in two weeks - a challenge considering the pandemic housing market - Trio was the only one who replied swiftly enough for me to get approved within the week of the viewing! The apartment is terrific as is its location; it's the first time as a young professional where I feel like I'm paying for what I get: an ideal home (that's pet friendly too!). Knowing my dog wouldn't be a problem greatly relieved my moving anxiety and Alejandra was so sweet when she met him - he even came along for inspection! From start until finish, all of my interactions with Alejandra and her team were delightful. She had all of my paperwork ready which allowed me drive from Ontario and settle into my apartment right away. A wonderful experience all around; thank you Trio team!
