Where to start Ill just list my unpleasant experiences onebyone1 When you move into a new apartment get ready to clean off mud sand and dust from every room The walls can have chips and paint chips that they wont bother fixing just plaster and done In two units Ive had gouges in the kitchen archways that werent even addressed2 Moving out is also a hassle you must leave the place completely spotless or get charged Only at Pine Allard Properties3 If youre a light sleeper don't expect too much peace as contractors will be yelling in the halls and jackhammering for hours on end before 8am daily4 Even with severe weather forecasts its unlikely your area will be plowed until three days later so don't forget to move your vehicle by 8am on Saturday when they don't start until ten oclock5 Maintenance crew doesnt know how to install windows properly either when wind blows strong it may as well be open due to drafts coming through curtains6 In springtime they keep their lobbies and hallways heated up to 30 degrees Celsius while other floors complain of being cold 7 Theres only one manager overseeing five or more buildings yet theres an aroundtheclock hotline for everyone if something goes wrong8 Don't put any unwanted furniture in the laundry room either apparently this is considered j more ... hide ...

As a newcomer to the world of homeowning Im delighted with this building and all it has to offer Its wellmaintained and the property management staff are incredibly helpful The builders and personnel involved have been attentive and accommodating while the local community is very friendly

At first our relationship with the landlord Linda was great however as we neared the end of our lease all of that changed We had left a few small items behind but Linda said we left the house in a terrible state when it was actually cleaned Weeks later we were still waiting for our damage deposit and when we called back to inquire about it Linda told us she had forgotten to mention that she still held onto it I believe this was an attempt to keep it since I am younger and this was our first rental experience The apartments werent even well taken care of walls were peeling from moisture in the bathrooms windows would freeze shut during winter months no air vents or fans in bathroomevery time wed shower yellow stains would accumulate making it disgusting I advise against renting through this company as they are slum lords and don't uphold cleanliness standards for their tenants more ... hide ...

Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished they are still dusty and do not look like they were properly painted The twobedroom units especially feel cramped and uncomfortable despite having potential for being spacious Despite all of this the staff in the building are kind and helpful plus there is easy access to amenities with great views nearby hence why it has been given 2 stars instead of 0 stars I am utterly disheartened as I should have been living in bliss but instead find myself stuck in distressful conditions due to lack of impact absorbing layer between concrete flooring like most other concrete buildings have more ... hide ...
