The view was beautiful however property photos don't show the hot tub has been moved to the other side of the deck and doesnt have a direct view of the narrows Theres condensation between window panes which blocks bottom half of large picture window no one can sit and enjoy it either The deck is in disrepair some lumber was replaced but not restained It isn't very inviting or pleasing with red Tuck tape on its previously damaged hot tub cover making it look bad and impacting experience Be careful when walking barefoot as nails have loosened due to decaying wood and may hurt your feet therere also beer bottle caps and other garbage from past guests around The master bedroom is comfortable with kingsized bed pillows sheets but floors are heavily scratched and stained losing hardwood stain in some places with portable ac unit vented through wet blinds by window next to bed In bathroom there are cracked toilet seat mended with scotch tape used bottles of shampoo shower gel contrary to what property descriptions say about ideal romantic getaway or executive downtown suites Kitchenette provides communal sugar instant coffee inappropriate during pandemic plus accessing ice requires dipping hands into bucket meant for dispensing ice cubes which could be unhygienic if someone washed their hands before touching them Ad claimed dining table for 4 along with dishes essential cookware but there werent enough bowls mugs for all plus table wasn more ... hide ...

Ive been living in this place for a couple of weeks and Im quite happy with it Although the units are really small the room they call a second bedroom fits my desk chair as well as bookcases perfectly The interior is nice with modern design beautiful floors interesting layouts and attractive details like granite countertops and recessed ceilings In addition 2022-09-17T17:02:17Z
Ive been living in this place for a couple of weeks and Im quite happy with it Although the units are really small the room they call a second bedroom fits my desk chair as well as bookcases perfectly The interior is nice with modern design beautiful floors interesting layouts and attractive details like granite countertops and recessed ceilings In addition theres barely any sound from other apartments which is great However this place has its own quirks one being that even when its 13 degrees outside it can get up to 26C inside the apartment It doesnt help that Im not allowed to open the windows more than 23 inches or put an air conditioner in either Lastly when its windy out this place sounds like a haunted house due to wind whistling through all the open windows creating an eerie ghost symphony funny at first but after 12 hours it starts wearing on your nerves more ... hide ...

The Torbay Road Estates are wonderfully maintained and designed with a very elegant atmosphere The building management is especially good they are friendly and accommodating to the tenants Special mention should go to Laura Tipton of the office who is incredibly helpful and quick to respond I had a great time at Torbay Road Estates until I had to move out of 2022-10-12T03:32:17Z

My boyfriend resided in this place for one year and spent nearly all of it there The room and people were great however the parking and elevators were terriblethey broke down two or three times a month The cost was not worth it my boyfriend couldnt wait for his lease to end If you had anything with you it would take ten minutes to get to your floor when the 2022-11-27T04:32:18Z
