Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished th 2022-10-23T13:32:17Z
Im extremely let down I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard The walls are not finished they are still dusty and do not look like they were properly painted The twobedroom units especially feel cramped and uncomfortable despite having potential for being spacious Despite all of this the staff in the building are kind and helpful plus there is easy access to amenities with great views nearby hence why it has been given 2 stars instead of 0 stars I am utterly disheartened as I should have been living in bliss but instead find myself stuck in distressful conditions due to lack of impact absorbing layer between concrete flooring like most other concrete buildings have more ... hide ...

I would strongly recommend this building to SFU students considering it is in a great area near amenities The gym has all the necessities for a basic workout and the building staff are friendly and accommodating repairs were always made swiftly The only downside I didnt know before moving in was that cell reception within buildings including many on the moun 2022-10-12T15:32:18Z
I would strongly recommend this building to SFU students considering it is in a great area near amenities The gym has all the necessities for a basic workout and the building staff are friendly and accommodating repairs were always made swiftly The only downside I didnt know before moving in was that cell reception within buildings including many on the mountain is poor 01 bars making it difficult to callreceive calls from the door buzzer This seems to be an issue with local reception as opposed to something that property management can solve but outside of buildings theres good service more ... hide ...

We had the pleasure of living at Brentlawn Towers for seven years and it was easily the best rental place weve ever stayed in Joe and Konnie the resident managers are very friendly and professional they always handled any issues efficiently We never encountered many problems because the buildings are kept to a high standard In addition its location is great 2022-11-02T19:32:18Z
We had the pleasure of living at Brentlawn Towers for seven years and it was easily the best rental place weve ever stayed in Joe and Konnie the resident managers are very friendly and professional they always handled any issues efficiently We never encountered many problems because the buildings are kept to a high standard In addition its location is great being close to Sky Train and shopping centers Moreover since there are concrete walls between apartments it is quite quiet The hallways garage and other common areas are also kept clean and bright We only moved for personal reasons in order to tend to an ailing family member if we were to come back to Burnaby we would definitely rent from Brentlawn Towers again with no hesitation more ... hide ...
