BEWARE Do NOT use this realtor I have been dealing with plumbing issues for over eighteen months even though they allowed me to pay a lower rent I tried to work with them and their contractors to solve the problem but unfortunately it is still unresolved Sewage from other units backs up into my drains in complete violation of the Tenancy Act Initially the realtor wanted me to move out when the issue was first discovered but refused to compensate for any relocation costs or even acknowledge their responsibility for putting me in an uninhabitable unit Additionally their contractors had a habit of rescheduling appointments or arriving late without warning and when you do manage to get through on the phone their voicemail is always full The photos don't capture how bad it really is sinks have overflowed as well To make matters worse they wont accept electronic payments or transfers making life difficult for people with disabilities who may not be able to access physical branches easily To sum up steer clear of this realtor at all costs more ... hide ...

Living here has been a pleasure its peaceful and the property managers are excellent The building may be old yet it remains an outstanding place of residence Unfortunately pets are not allowed
