I'm very pleased with the apartment I'm renting from North 44 Properties on Goulais Avenue in Sault Ste. Marie. The property management is both professional and friendly, plus any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are kept nicely and pets are allowed, which I appreciate, and my rent is reasonable. In addition, there are on-site laundry facilities available for use. I'd definitely recommend these units to anyone looking for a place to live in the area - thanks to Lynne Healey!

I've resided in the Goulais Avenue Apartments for over 14 years and, at first, I wasn't pleased with the people in charge. But then new people stepped up and, although it took them a while to gain control of the situation, they have made living here much better. They had to tackle a lot of problems when they arrived but eventually got around to dealing with most of them. If you put in a work order now, you get quickly informed about when it will be completed. The building's cleanliness and appearance have both improved noticeably as well. If not for the lack of washer/dryer units (only one for an 18-unit complex) and dumpsters (only one for two 18-unit buildings), I would give this place five stars. Nonetheless, I'm quite content with how my complaints and concerns are being taken care of by management.

Living in Sault Ste. Marie is a great experience due to the commitment of Manager Laurie Vowels. Any problems are addressed quickly, and there have been no major issues since I've moved in over a year ago. My unit was redone and freshly painted before I moved in, and pet owners like myself are allowed here! The community is family-oriented and North 44 property management is reliable - any problems brought to Ms. Vowels' attention are handled immediately. If you apply today, you won't be disappointed!
