I'm extremely let down. I was overjoyed to be one of the first to move into this building, however after several months it is clear that it was made cheaply. Every sound and movement is transmitted through the flooring into the other apartment. Nothing has a proper 90 degree angle which makes setting up furniture and decorating hard. The walls are not finished - they are still dusty and do not look like they were properly painted. The two-bedroom units especially feel cramped and uncomfortable despite having potential for being spacious. Despite all of this, the staff in the building are kind and helpful, plus there is easy access to amenities with great views nearby - hence why it has been given 2 stars instead of 0 stars. I am utterly disheartened as I should have been living in bliss but instead find myself stuck in distressful conditions due to lack of impact absorbing layer between concrete + flooring like most other concrete buildings have.
