It is advisable to be cautious when renting from Broadstreet Properties however their local management team was amazing Bree Megan John and the rest of the staff were all very helpful Unfortunately their hands are tied by the offices on the east of Canada When my wife and I moved out recently we had paid roughly 1200 in deposits but only got back just under 700 The walkthrough stated that there was only one light bulb issue and wear and tear present so we should have received our full deposit back however when I asked about the other 500 dollars I was told from BroadStreets call center that a repaint job had been done which cost 500 dollars A receipt for this work was requested but refused additionally a rent increase notification went out around a year after moving in For those who have been looking into costs for two bedroomstwo bathrooms it will typically cost 1680 for rent plus 60 for parking and 7090 per month hydro which makes it roughly 1800 per month not including internet If I had called Broadstreet directly instead of using an intermediary then perhaps things would have gone differently as I just wanted to see what caused 500 dollars worth of damage rather than being told it needed a repaint suit Wear and tear should not be taken out of deposits unless living there over three years and our lease charged reflect 13 months spent there which is also backed up by photos taken at movein date as well as video footage taken after cleaning up upon move out more ... hide ...

I relocated to this building six months ago from Edmonton and after reading reviews was a bit uncertain It was the only nice place I could find in town though Gladly Ive been pleasantly astonished since then The apartment looks fresh and is pet friendly theres even a dog wash so I don't have to spend money on washing my pooch when they get muddy Despite some 2022-10-02T05:02:19Z
