I spent two and a half years living at Willow Green Estates and would definitely move back The layout of the suite was great management was superb and the setting was ideal for our family Leaving such a wonderful home was difficult however we needed more space Our twobedroom suite had plenty of storage room with a huge kitchen pantry two coat closets and a walkin closet in the master bedroom that could have easily held two full wardrobes as well as many shelves between and beneath the hanger rodsMy favorite aspect of the unit were its dual entrances one toward the interior courtyard plus one toward the parking lane This design allowed for windows on both sides featuring an expansive balcony sliding door which made it possible to get fresh air in summertimeThe courtyard itself was kept in pristine condition with big old trees providing shade plus a large grassy lawn My children and I had lots of fun there having picnics or building snowmen during wintertimeMoreover this complex is very familyoriented with numerous amenities near by including Dairy Queen Circle K plus Italian Market just across from it additionally Macleod Trail to West or Deerfoot to East are easy to access while three playgrounds nearby can be reached on foot along with Fish Creek library Trico Center only 5 minutes away by carManagement at Willow Green Estates is among best Ive seen while renting over many years common areas were always clean well maintained pathways more ... hide ...

Avoid this building at all costs Whether youre buying or renting living here would be a nightmare Every month the plumbing company shuts off the water to replace only 35 isolation valves which affects the entire building for that day This management has contracted out maintenance to two companies which charge high prices and try to force you into paying them There is no insulation between floors so you can hear your upstairs neighbors every step Management is never around when needed or helpful when they are present Security is so weak that tenants have been allowed to patrol the grounds themselves and parking lot breakins occur frequently due to easily cut canvas garage doors The condo fees are outrageous and there was even a charge for gym maintenance while it was closed during lockdowns start The south end elevators are constantly malfunctioning because of unstable ground causing severe building shift STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT HERE I cannot emphasize this enough They never mention any issues with the buildings ahead of time In case you lose your keys you are stuck sleeping outside even if you call the emergency line and if your old refrigerator stops working and you contact the landlords theyll get mad at you At night theres constantly horrible neighbours engaging in physical abuse but landlords wont take any action They also throw up over their balcony drop cigarette butts and when asked to clean it up they say they cant do anything about it The place is outdated and even though they increased prices nothing was renovated There are parking outlets in middle of sidewalks making it hard to walk plus each wash or dry cycle costs two bucks and machines are minuscule meaning lots of money spent on laundry I wanted to break my lease within a month of moving in so if you have kids who don't want to be disturbed then don't move here more ... hide ...

My roommate and I have been living in this building for nearly a year now and the front gate hasnt worked for more than half of that time while one of the elevators has been out of service for three months Its quite noisy considering it is a bit off the beaten path and when there are complaints about loud tenants staff don't do much to help The view is great 2022-10-22T21:02:17Z

Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additi 2022-09-21T00:02:17Z
Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additionally window screens still havent been put up making cooling off difficult if you don't want any bugs to sneak in The leasing agents here have been wonderful always ready to help and answer our queries with positive energy In September bug issues were resolved as screens were installed A portable air conditioner had to be bought for our dogs since AC didnt work properly the breakers kept tripping but they were soon fixed We are content living at Gill Village looking forward to future developments like privacy walls outside and sorting out parking lot issues The underground parking is great with plenty of spots available A social room would be nice although all residents can come over for coffee at my place Our only worry is that there may not be an onsite property manager for 200 units we will see if Im being overly pessimistic or not eventually more ... hide ...

Ive been living in these apartments since they were built and Im very happy with the management team Although I like my home there are some things I don't no underground parking small balcony it was quiet when I moved in but all the trees were cut down for a new road lack of storage options dark cabinets that don't have a light colour finish and bathroom tile that doesnt go all the way up to the ceiling which has caused water damage Plus wallpaper shouldnt be in showers and theres no light in my freezer Despite these issues I still love my Lshaped kitchen and large livingdining space as well as my big laundry room The only downside is hearing loud neighbours across the hall at times While other properties may offer more features for more money with less space this apartment offers great value for me so overall its a great place to live more ... hide ...

For the past 11 years I have been living at Tennyson Apartments and Im very fond of it The current Resident Managers and their staff are outstanding they keep the building in great condition especially when it comes to looking after elderly residents I feel safe here and am proud to call this my home Management team youre doing a great job

Ive been living in this apartment for the last year and I havent faced many issues those that I did were taken care of by Pita the landlord He is prompt in handling maintenance requests especially emergencies He was kind enough to give me a chance as a single mother with my young son and provide us a safe place to start afresh There are some tenants here who have stayed for almost 10 years which speaks for itself about the quality of living here The area is quiet is conveniently close to WEM shopping malls bus stops and stores along Stony Plain road Plus theres Callingwood Shopping plaza with library and YMCA nearby Not to mention the respectful neighbors who make this place dramafree I even made quite a few good friends during my stay here As long as you pay your rent on time Pita will be accommodating and understanding of your needs he also understands financial difficulties if youre honest about it We are leaving due to family expansion but apart from that our experience here has been very pleasant overall highly recommendable more ... hide ...
