My roommate and I have been living in this building for nearly a year now, and the front gate hasn't worked for more than half of that time, while one of the elevators has been out of service for three months. It's quite noisy considering it is a bit off the beaten path, and when there are complaints about loud tenants, staff don't do much to help. The view is great and location isn't too bad either; however, with all the maintenance issues and how dirty it is here we won't be renewing our lease. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone who may be considering moving in.
