2023-02-15T15:00:03ZMy roommate and I have been living in this building for nearly a year now, and the front gate hasn't worked for more than half of that time, while one of the elevators has been out of service for three months. It's quite noisy considering it is a bit off the beaten path, and when there are complaints about loud tenants, staff don't do much to help. The view is great and location isn't too bad either; however, with all the maintenance issues and how dirty it is here we won't be renewing our lease. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone who may be considering moving in.

Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great
