She is always willing to help and is on top of everything; it makes living here an absolute delight. I call her super woman for she never shies away from any job, big or small.

2023-01-18T02:00:05ZI highly recommend these buildings to anyone - the two bedroom apartments are amazing value, with laundry in suite, and they're mostly newly renovated. The living room is a good size and has a decent sized dining area. You get a discount with Telus too! The building manager, Francis, is really nice and caring; she responds quickly if you have any issues. Plus they keep up the parking lot in winter for snow removal and sweep it in spring/summer. It's definitely the best apartment I've ever lived in!

2023-01-18T01:30:02ZMy fiance and I resided in the apartment for two years; it was a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to have found an affordable two bedroom, one bath unit with washer and dryer. The building and parking lot were always well-maintained, and any problems were immediately handled. We owe this to Francis, the building manager; he was so cordial and eager to help us!
