My wife and I have been tenants of Briarwood Apartments for almost a year now. We are very pleased with the apartment we occupy. The building is kept neat and tidy, with any snow or lawn care taken care of in a timely manner. Furthermore, Pita Paudel is an excellent building manager; he is easy to reach and always willing to lend assistance if needed.

For my three years at Briarwood apartments, I have had a great experience with the new home manager, Gordon. The building is tranquil and Gordon has quickly resolved all maintenance issues. My time living here has been very good.

I moved into the Briarwood Apartments this February and have been extremely pleased with my experience. The property manager is an excellent employee, displaying hard work and flexibility, while taking pride in his work. Additionally, I've found the other tenants to be exceptionally friendly. My two bedroom apartment is spacious with plenty of room for storage and was recently remodeled; I would highly suggest this complex to any potential renters.

I've been living in this apartment for the last year and I haven't faced many issues; those that I did, were taken care of by Pita, the landlord. He is prompt in handling maintenance requests, especially emergencies. He was kind enough to give me a chance as a single mother with my young son and provide us a safe place to start afresh. There are some tenants here who have stayed for almost 10 years which speaks for itself about the quality of living here. The area is quiet, is conveniently close to WEM, shopping malls, bus stops and stores along Stony Plain road. Plus there's Callingwood Shopping plaza with library and YMCA nearby! Not to mention the respectful neighbors who make this place drama-free; I even made quite a few good friends during my stay here! As long as you pay your rent on time Pita will be accommodating and understanding of your needs; he also understands financial difficulties if you're honest about it. We are leaving due to family expansion but apart from that our experience here has been very pleasant overall - highly recommendable!
