I would not suggest anyone rent from the management company Ayre and Oxford especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove They are deceitful and very unprofessional They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end The building used to be beautiful but now the conditions are terrible Youll have no luck trying 2022-10-22T20:32:17Z
I would not suggest anyone rent from the management company Ayre and Oxford especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove They are deceitful and very unprofessional They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end The building used to be beautiful but now the conditions are terrible Youll have no luck trying to get a hold of anyone from Ayre and Oxford emails will go unanswered for weeks or even months These people don't care about anything other than getting your money However I recently got into contact with Liz Gray at Ayre and Oxford who was willing to help me with my dispute against Stacey and Rod If any old tenants at Amberwynd have had problems with them please contact Liz Gray for assistance PS I only gave one star on my review because it was required neither Ayre nor Amberwynd deserve it more ... hide ...

I highly recommend these buildings to anyone the two bedroom apartments are amazing value with laundry in suite and theyre mostly newly renovated The living room is a good size and has a decent sized dining area You get a discount with Telus too The building manager Francis is really nice and caring she responds quickly if you have any issues Plus they keep 2022-09-24T08:02:19Z

Christina the amazing building manager is far and away the best part of these apartments We have been here for quite some time ever since my husband moved in as a bachelor to now that we are married In general it is very quiet secure and warm with good maintenance staff and useful storage space Hot water is provided and packages can be dropped off at the doo 2022-09-30T13:02:18Z
Christina the amazing building manager is far and away the best part of these apartments We have been here for quite some time ever since my husband moved in as a bachelor to now that we are married In general it is very quiet secure and warm with good maintenance staff and useful storage space Hot water is provided and packages can be dropped off at the door or postal box The only downsides are having outside maintenance staff instead of our own man on site plus having challenging neighbours occasionally however overall its a great place to live due to Christinas efficiency in managing disputes or finding solutions quickly when needed more ... hide ...

This place has the most horrendous management I have ever encountered in my life We resided in this building for four years always paying rent on time and being quiet and respectful Numerous things went wrong here two of which were water damage We had to move out for seven months after the first incident our storage was broken into with all our belongings stolen management didnt seem to care The second time we had no kitchen for three and a half months They then mentioned mold which was a slip up on their part Furthermore fire alarms would go off randomly at night about three times a year When giving a one month notice due to the long weekend it was one day late yet they refused to let us out of our lease Do not rent these apartments they may appear nice but the management is abysmal don't waste your time dealing with them more ... hide ...
