I have been privileged to reside at Webber Greens for nearly 1.5 years, and we don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The building is always well kept and tidy, due to the hardworking cleaning and maintenance staff who are always friendly with a wave or grin. Leona, our property manager, is both professional and amiable when dealing with tenants' inquiries or problems. My suite is roomy yet peaceful; having my own laundry room and dishwasher is an extra bonus that I'm very grateful for! Compared to the other places we've lived in before (even our single-family house), Webber Greens reigns supreme as my all-time favorite home—due to it being near restaurants, supermarkets, and a mere 5 minutes from West Edmonton mall.

I've been living in these apartments since they were built and I'm very happy with the management team. Although I like my home, there are some things I don't: no underground parking, small balcony (it was quiet when I moved in but all the trees were cut down for a new road), lack of storage options, dark cabinets that don't have a light colour finish, and bathroom tile that doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling which has caused water damage. Plus wallpaper shouldn't be in showers and there's no light in my freezer. Despite these issues, I still love my L-shaped kitchen and large living/dining space as well as my big laundry room. The only downside is hearing loud neighbours across the hall at times. While other properties may offer more features for more money with less space, this apartment offers great value for me so overall it's a great place to live!
