We had a variety of experiences living here during the last few years. The gym, certain amenities and features (e.g., visitor parking) were excellent; however, we had an awful experience with the general manager of the company. We were fined for violating a bylaw without being granted the right to appeal. We emailed our worries and inquiries regarding the appeal process but didn't get any response prior to the fine being charged, nor did anyone else in ownership. Additionally, elevators in this building are usually out of order for months at a time which is quite inconvenient for those living there.

Avoid this building at all costs! Whether you're buying or renting, living here would be a nightmare. Every month, the plumbing company shuts off the water to replace only 3-5 isolation valves which affects the entire building for that day. This management has contracted out maintenance to two companies which charge high prices and try to force you into paying them. There is no insulation between floors so you can hear your upstairs neighbors' every step. Management is never around when needed or helpful when they are present. Security is so weak that tenants have been allowed to patrol the grounds themselves and parking lot break-ins occur frequently due to easily cut canvas garage doors. The condo fees are outrageous and there was even a charge for gym maintenance while it was closed during lockdown's start. The south end elevators are constantly malfunctioning because of unstable ground causing severe building shift - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
