2023-02-15T14:30:03ZI would not suggest anyone rent from the management company, Ayre and Oxford, especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove. They are deceitful and very unprofessional. They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end. The building used to be beautiful, but now the conditions are terrible. You'll have no luck trying to get a hold of anyone from Ayre and Oxford; emails will go unanswered for weeks or even months! These people don't care about anything other than getting your money. However, I recently got into contact with Liz Gray at Ayre and Oxford who was willing to help me with my dispute against Stacey and Rod. If any old tenants at Amberwynd have had problems with them, please contact Liz Gray for assistance. P.S- I only gave one star on my review because it was required; neither Ayre nor Amberwynd deserve it!
