DO NOT RENT HERE!! I cannot emphasize this enough! They never mention any issues with the buildings ahead of time. In case you lose your keys, you are stuck sleeping outside even if you call the emergency line; and if your old refrigerator stops working and you contact the landlords they'll get mad at you. At night there's constantly horrible neighbours engaging in physical abuse, but landlords won't take any action! They also throw up over their balcony, drop cigarette butts and when asked to clean it up they say they can't do anything about it. The place is outdated and even though they increased prices, nothing was renovated. There are parking outlets in middle of sidewalks making it hard to walk – plus each wash or dry cycle costs two bucks and machines are minuscule meaning lots of money spent on laundry. I wanted to break my lease within a month of moving in - so if you have kids who don't want to be disturbed then don't move here!
