My first home in Edmonton Maureen Manor provided an excellent experience All customer service staff were consistently courteous and professional while the building maintenance workers Amir and Glen were always helpful and friendly In addition to the personnel being topnotch the building was great as well it only had 7 units per floor hard to come by had amazing views and was very quiet Kitchens contained dishwashers which was a big plus elevators ran quickly and only needed maintenance once during my stay hallways were always clean or got cleaned promptly foyer area was really nice laundry room on every other floor Furthermore my unit got sprayed for bug prevention a few times even though I never encountered bugs myself which shows that they invest in preventive measures rather than not making me feel secure The location is perfect too close to Valley ParkGrocery StoreDowntown area as well as close to LRT station perfect for students Boardwalk also offers incentives for first time renters which is great help with moving costs and helps keep rates competitive just call them up Even though there are some bad reviews out there about Boardwalk being a big company I can vouch that this particular building is managed super well I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled enough here to do so If given the chance again I would definitely live here again more ... hide ...

Living in this place specifically the basement suites is not safe As a university student who currently resides here I am often disturbed late at night by knocks on my windows and shouting from the parking lot to people inside Various suspicious activities take place in or near the building that one would not be aware of until they move in In addition within 2022-09-29T00:32:17Z

This place is one of the best we have ever called home The maintenance staff provide excellent care and the landlord is easy to work with Although parking is a bit lacking and they don't allow you to bring home company vehicles its still a great place for families Unfortunately when we applied to transfer our lease elsewhere in Edmonton due to my new job eve 2022-10-19T14:32:17Z
This place is one of the best we have ever called home The maintenance staff provide excellent care and the landlord is easy to work with Although parking is a bit lacking and they don't allow you to bring home company vehicles its still a great place for families Unfortunately when we applied to transfer our lease elsewhere in Edmonton due to my new job even with income verification and a positive reference from Southwood Park management they declined us and demanded two months rent if we wanted out of the lease early as well as a 350 lease break fee not taking into account how difficult it can be to get quality employment during this pandemic more ... hide ...
