Living in this place, specifically the basement suites, is not safe. As a university student who currently resides here I am often disturbed late at night by knocks on my windows and shouting from the parking lot to people inside. Various suspicious activities take place in or near the building that one would not be aware of until they move in. In addition, within a month of moving I had plumbing issues and now there are pests showing up. Despite the unit itself being renovated and clean, the common areas have an unpleasant odor. The rent for these conditions is far too high.
