The personnel at the apartment complex are great and the relocation process was a breeze We noticed that there were some repairs that needed to be done when we moved in but maintenance took care of it right away The only issue is that smoking has to be done inside each suite so if youre living above a smoker and you don't smoke yourself the odor can make its 2022-10-27T08:32:17Z

I rented a unit from Boardwalk for a year spanning from May 2015 to May 2016 The property itself seemed nice for its age and the manager was friendly But unfortunately my experience with them was far less than pleasant My stove had only two functioning elements and it never got fixed throughout the duration of my lease Even worse there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling that dripped pinkish brackish water onto me while I showered Boardwalk didnt respond to this issue immediately or adequately The leak then spread to above my entrance door where they tore a hole in an attempt to fix it however due to clearance issues I couldnt even put a bucket there All of this went on for 34 months before they actually did something about itand when I asked if I could be compensated in any way their reply was simply It is an old building this is just regular wear and tear In short I had an awful experience because of their poor service combined with lack of compensation clearly they only care about money As such I wouldnt rent from Boardwalk again ever more ... hide ...

My roommate and I have been living in our twobedroom unit for nine months now and the experience has been great The place is suitable for two adults and a small pet with adequate storage renovated light fixtures and a nice balcony It is located next to the Red Deer River and an old railway bridge and theres a walking trail near the building as well Security is present so its generally safe but you may encounter some homeless people rummaging through garbage on occasion Unfortunately no elevators are available so this wouldnt be ideal for those with limited mobility who don't live on the main floor Were really pleased here though we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment setting Special thanks goes out to Phil from the leasing office he was extremely helpful in taking care of any matters that we needed help with making us feel right at home He exceeded our expectations by far and we cant thank him enough more ... hide ...

This new building has nice insuite laundry and is pet friendly but thats about all the positive things to say The walls are paper thin and the quality of materials is bad Mark is a great building manager which is hard to find these days but for the price its not worth it Most people living here were quiet and respectful but you can still hear your neighbors 2022-10-03T01:02:18Z
