WARNING TO RENTERS These buildings are highly unsanitary and substandard I requested for my flat to be cleaned before moving in yet there was still debris from the previous tenant a fridge that had rotted food and mould in the bathtub My intercom was broken and we were promised it would be fixed at the start of our contract but it never was Additionally water leaked from our refrigerator and no action was taken about this The whole building smelt bad too This would not have been approved by inspectors WORST OF ALL when I signed off at the end of my lease they charged me for another months rent afterwards even though I called them every day to get a refund It took them ten days until they finally gave me back my money more ... hide ...

Frustrating experiences with corners being cut in construction have caused numerous minor problems such as with the sinks cupboards and electricity Although the aesthetics of the building are nice and it is a good price for its utilities if you want quality internet and parking you will need to pay more Additionally there were repeated issues with the elevators in an eighteen storey wheelchairaccessible building this was particularly troublesome as many tenants rely on them During summer months they would often be down for periods of up to a day or even a month at times The excessive heat retention made things worse as temperatures inside reached thirty degrees Celsius or more Maintenance unexpectedly stepped into my suite after I had been told that my window would be replaced next month I only found out when I received a text during work informing me that they were coming in but had not seen any progress until after it was done Lastly Vivendas assurance that one of the elevators has been fixed is false they have been out of service for two to three weeks now My rating dropped from two stars due to all these issues more ... hide ...

I had the best experience during my tennight stay in the region I stayed in a set of converted apartments in a residential block run by a family It was difficult to find the entrance and carpark until I was met by someone but when I got inside it was surprisingly beautiful The king apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean with all modern amenities such a 2022-10-19T17:32:17Z
I had the best experience during my tennight stay in the region I stayed in a set of converted apartments in a residential block run by a family It was difficult to find the entrance and carpark until I was met by someone but when I got inside it was surprisingly beautiful The king apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean with all modern amenities such as airconditioning a coffee machine and Netflix The bathroom was perfect there was plenty of room for toiletries and no water splashing out due to its sensible shower stall We felt like privileged locals Additionally it had an excellent location for walking to the Old Town if given another chance I would happily stay here again more ... hide ...
