2023-01-30T06:30:03ZI recently moved to a location where my furniture and mattresses were crawling with bedbugs! It was hard to spot them until they reached adulthood, which is about 45 days. My partner had some bizarre welts that we thought were from his new job, but it was actually the bedbugs. So we have to get rid of all our furniture: the bed frame, mattress and side tables. This is especially infuriating since it's all been in perfect condition for over 10 years - no pests at all in my last house in Leduc! Now I'm stuck sleeping on a love seat because this building isn't livable. All my new bedroom/living room/bathroom furniture is stored at my grandmother's place since it can't be here; this place is disgusting and that's why I ended the lease.
