I rate this place zero stars. Terrible management, bed bugs, maintenance requests disregarded - what a nightmare! Besides that, 1 bedroom units are being advertised for the same price as 2 bedrooms. To make matters worse, the laundry machines were broken for a week. Despite being pet friendly, owners are met with hostility. The only positive is the friendly people living in this place.

In October 2018, the elevator worked for only five days in the three months prior. Before Capreit/Caprent took over the building in November 2015, there was a caring property manager that would come to your place within thirty minutes, even if it were 7 PM on a weekend. Nowadays, it is difficult to even speak with someone about service requests that are piling up. Additionally, every few months they introduce new rules into the rental contract and threaten eviction if you don't obey their invented laws. Furthermore, there is no way anymore to leave letters or information at the building itself as Capreit has closed down its closest rental office near by. As such, one must now deliver all forms (for example requests for updated contact information) to a rental location in New West which never answers its phone calls. If you can help it - avoid Capreit altogether!
