Im leaving a 1 star review due to the other tenants at Clairmont This is not an ideal neighborhood for those with children or anyone wanting to feel safe in their own home Since day one of our movein there have been numerous issues The parking lot signs say reserved parking not reserved spaces and not handicapped but we were told it was first come first serv 2022-09-17T12:02:17Z
Im leaving a 1 star review due to the other tenants at Clairmont This is not an ideal neighborhood for those with children or anyone wanting to feel safe in their own home Since day one of our movein there have been numerous issues The parking lot signs say reserved parking not reserved spaces and not handicapped but we were told it was first come first serve and thought the signs were just reminders that resident stickers are required When I parked there while 7 months pregnant someone complained and left us a note saying it was our final warning or else our car would be towed Weve had plenty of noise complaints even when we werent home we were on vacation Cops came to investigate if we heard any sound from us they didnt hear anything so we had to take down my bird feeders which wasnt stated in the lease agreement then they got called again because someone reported our car being unregistereduninspected it wasnt All these problems make us uncomfortable living here my 6 month old daughters cries will get me into more trouble too Its so stressful and many people are experiencing the same thing Not only that theres also a huge bug and mold issue which is why we wont renewing our lease I want to live somewhere I feel comfortable at Clairmont isn't that place unfortunately more ... hide ...

I would not suggest anyone rent from the management company Ayre and Oxford especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove They are deceitful and very unprofessional They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end The building used to be beautiful but now the conditions are terrible Youll have no luck trying 2022-10-22T20:32:17Z
I would not suggest anyone rent from the management company Ayre and Oxford especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove They are deceitful and very unprofessional They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end The building used to be beautiful but now the conditions are terrible Youll have no luck trying to get a hold of anyone from Ayre and Oxford emails will go unanswered for weeks or even months These people don't care about anything other than getting your money However I recently got into contact with Liz Gray at Ayre and Oxford who was willing to help me with my dispute against Stacey and Rod If any old tenants at Amberwynd have had problems with them please contact Liz Gray for assistance PS I only gave one star on my review because it was required neither Ayre nor Amberwynd deserve it more ... hide ...

My roommate and I have been living in this building for nearly a year now and the front gate hasnt worked for more than half of that time while one of the elevators has been out of service for three months Its quite noisy considering it is a bit off the beaten path and when there are complaints about loud tenants staff don't do much to help The view is great 2022-10-22T21:02:17Z

Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additi 2022-09-21T00:02:17Z
Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additionally window screens still havent been put up making cooling off difficult if you don't want any bugs to sneak in The leasing agents here have been wonderful always ready to help and answer our queries with positive energy In September bug issues were resolved as screens were installed A portable air conditioner had to be bought for our dogs since AC didnt work properly the breakers kept tripping but they were soon fixed We are content living at Gill Village looking forward to future developments like privacy walls outside and sorting out parking lot issues The underground parking is great with plenty of spots available A social room would be nice although all residents can come over for coffee at my place Our only worry is that there may not be an onsite property manager for 200 units we will see if Im being overly pessimistic or not eventually more ... hide ...

Ive been living in these apartments since they were built and Im very happy with the management team Although I like my home there are some things I don't no underground parking small balcony it was quiet when I moved in but all the trees were cut down for a new road lack of storage options dark cabinets that don't have a light colour finish and bathroom tile that doesnt go all the way up to the ceiling which has caused water damage Plus wallpaper shouldnt be in showers and theres no light in my freezer Despite these issues I still love my Lshaped kitchen and large livingdining space as well as my big laundry room The only downside is hearing loud neighbours across the hall at times While other properties may offer more features for more money with less space this apartment offers great value for me so overall its a great place to live more ... hide ...

For the past 11 years I have been living at Tennyson Apartments and Im very fond of it The current Resident Managers and their staff are outstanding they keep the building in great condition especially when it comes to looking after elderly residents I feel safe here and am proud to call this my home Management team youre doing a great job

Ive been living in this apartment for the last year and I havent faced many issues those that I did were taken care of by Pita the landlord He is prompt in handling maintenance requests especially emergencies He was kind enough to give me a chance as a single mother with my young son and provide us a safe place to start afresh There are some tenants here who have stayed for almost 10 years which speaks for itself about the quality of living here The area is quiet is conveniently close to WEM shopping malls bus stops and stores along Stony Plain road Plus theres Callingwood Shopping plaza with library and YMCA nearby Not to mention the respectful neighbors who make this place dramafree I even made quite a few good friends during my stay here As long as you pay your rent on time Pita will be accommodating and understanding of your needs he also understands financial difficulties if youre honest about it We are leaving due to family expansion but apart from that our experience here has been very pleasant overall highly recommendable more ... hide ...
