I have been living here since February and the experience has been great. The building amenities are superb, featuring a gym, parking, and a ramen/bubble tea place and Circle K downstairs. The staff is also very kind; Lucia and KP are very understanding of various situations and go out of their way to help residents. Moreover, Jose has been super helpful with any minor apartment repairs or alterations needed. Therefore, I highly recommend this place for university students or those working at the hospital.
