I'm leaving a 1 star review due to the other tenants at Clairmont. This is not an ideal neighborhood for those with children, or anyone wanting to feel safe in their own home. Since day one of our move-in, there have been numerous issues. The parking lot signs say "reserved parking" (not reserved spaces and not handicapped), but we were told it was first come first serve and thought the signs were just reminders that resident stickers are required. When I parked there while 7 months pregnant, someone complained and left us a note saying it was our final warning or else our car would be towed. We've had plenty of noise complaints even when we weren't home (we were on vacation). Cops came to investigate if we heard any sound from us; they didn't hear anything so we had to take down my bird feeders which wasn't stated in the lease agreement; then they got called again because someone reported our car being unregistered/uninspected (it wasn't). All these problems make us uncomfortable living here; my 6 month old daughter's cries will get me into more trouble too! It's so stressful and many people are experiencing the same thing.
