I moved out of Pinnacle in April 2010 after living there for 12 years In my opinion the current management team led by Luiba is the best they go out of their way to accommodate tenants Although its a nonsmoking building some still think they can get away with smoking and if caught will be reported by nonsmoking tenants who are adhering to their lease agreem 2022-09-17T11:32:17Z
I moved out of Pinnacle in April 2010 after living there for 12 years In my opinion the current management team led by Luiba is the best they go out of their way to accommodate tenants Although its a nonsmoking building some still think they can get away with smoking and if caught will be reported by nonsmoking tenants who are adhering to their lease agreement For single people this is a great place to live as its pet friendly and has excellent security with working cameras that make me feel safe The buildings aesthetics have been upgraded and maintenance requirements were rarely inconvenient or bothersome the maintenance team was both pleasant and skillful There are washers dryers in each unit which is an added bonus Complaints about elevators shouldnt be directed at the management since they don't maintain them however most of the time theyre working fine My only criticism is that there should not be a smoking area outside as it attracts undesirables looking for cigarette butts those chairs would be better used by nonsmokers wanting to meet or chat with neighbors in the sun Im sad to leave this place as Ive really enjoyed my years here will miss everyone thank you from my heart more ... hide ...

Nowadays its quite rare to come across a dependable and responsive real estate agencyall my experiences in the past have been unpleasant This one however surprised me with its attitude towards customers The manager and office personnel were very courteous and aided me in finding an apartment I wanted to stay in their customer service was extraordinary Its an excellent place to dwell the units are really nice and roomy living room bedroom and bathroom are all kept up well The cleaning staff does an outstanding job of keeping everything tidy at all times The building management is also good at communicating with tenants regularly In terms of location its greateverything is nearby plus its a tranquil area with a secure environment if youre living alone or with family members Im completely satisfied with the management team as well as the building itself I hope this level of performance continues on into the future too more ... hide ...

The staff at this facility was incredibly unprofessional I had scheduled a viewing appointment via the site but when I arrived they asked me to fill out a form regarding what type of housing I was looking for and my budget After indicating that I wanted a one bedroom and inputting the budget that aligned with their incentives listed on the site the woman told me there wasnt anything available within my price range When I asked about the incentives two months free in an 18 lease and one year free parking she simply replied that it wouldnt work like that no two months would be free She did not explain how their incentives worked either My overall experience was terrible considering this is supposed to be a luxurious building I expected more professionalism from its staff when communicating with potential tenants If you are still interested in living here doublecheck on your appointment day if what youre looking for is still available and make sure to get clarification on how their incentives actually work before signing any agreements A suggestion for management please improve customer service by training employees to communicate professionally and respectfully with prospective tenants Even though I cannot become your tenant since I am below your budget my experience here can still be shared among friendscontacts which wont look good for business Just thought you should know in case youre interested more ... hide ...

I am so delighted with this place its personnel and the facilities Everyone here is very obliging and will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met I must give a special shout out to Malachy who was particularly helpful in my unique situation Bella and I have been made to feel extremely welcome by the friendly staff The property management has done an outstanding job communicating with us about the happenings onsite Though I havent yet had a chance to try all of them the amenities appear excellent like the dog wash big kitchen area suitable for parties and gettogethers guest suites for visitors full gymnasium sky lounge which is regularly occupied by residents A few delays have occurred in regards to the outdoor spacepool but they cant be helped due to supply chains or contractors Once its finished which looks imminent it will be fantastic If youre looking for somewhere new to live then The BLVD should be at the top of your list its modern and visually appealing and only going from strength to strength with its poolterrace expectedly making it one of Calgarys finest more ... hide ...

I have been living here for six months and wish I had never signed the lease The staff are friendly but there is a lot that needs to be improved The apartments offer generous space however unfortunately cockroaches are everywhere despite the buildings efforts to keep them under control Moreover the area around is a mess with drug addicts and therefore it doesnt justify the amount of rent I pay due to its proximity to the train station In addition there is no airconditioner in my suite and even though there is a vent above stove in kitchen it does not work properly The showerhead is too short for someone who is 510 tall and similarly bedroom has no lighting at all instead of switch turning on an outlet Bathtub and sink have cheap drain plugs attached with chains which slip out from drains easily while windows are oldschool type with two sliders making them difficult to handle Blinds are broken too You need deep sleep as noise from train outside or people screaming or construction work done through night disturb you constantly To make matters worse traps and pestiside used in infestation process can be harmful if left open while fire alarm false alarms occur frequently as well as break ins at night which security guard tries his best to stop but fails most times due to homeless people lingering in alley nearby Lastly amenities offered by building became unavailable during Covid yet rent cost did not change at all Taking everything into account I think this building should more ... hide ...

We lived at Aria for two years and the first year was great with the old management However when we switched our unit to the second floor the management changed and it became a nightmare The staff that inspected our unit when we moved were incredibly impolite and charged us hundreds of dollars for a cleaning job that was minimal We were blamed for our dogs barking even though they werent home not once did this occur in our fourthfloor unit The 24 hour security that was promised to us upon signing our lease vanished along with added fees for anything from forgetting keys to reserving an elevator on the weekend due to hiring security Blinds were already broken when we arrived on the second floor I told them not to replace but still got charged 473 upon departure Our place was spotless and fixed all wall scratches ourselves so they only had to paint over them yet they charged 350 With rent being high it is no longer worth it especially compared with better choices near University District Todd the maintenance guy is an exception though Do NOT make this mistake there are lots of better options out there Even now friends living there have similar grievances as us and Im in talks with managers trying getting my thousand dollar deposit back since only receiving 173 back due to bogus charges my friend is considering filing a complaint too more ... hide ...
