Cameron Welter is an outstanding Leasing Consultant who ensures a stress-free leasing journey. He is very patient and takes into consideration the requirements of his clients to offer them the best possible experience when searching for an apartment suite. The Management company provides fairness in terms of assigning one parking spot per suite, as well as great amenities and maintenance standards.

It is clear that my 4-star rating is based entirely on my leasing experience. I have not had an opportunity to stay in the building yet; however, I will be relocating to it in September 2022. With the intense real estate and rental market in Calgary, I made the decision to begin searching for rental options early and luckily found a great suite at First on Tenth. Surprisingly, many of the buildings I considered did not even respond to our inquiries; however, Cameron Welter at First on Tenth was one of few who responded promptly. Since our first interaction with him, he has been very helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns satisfactorily which ultimately led us to accept their lease agreement with this building as our new home. My hope is that our living experience will be just as satisfactory as our leasing experience has been thus far; I shall update my review when possible.

The reviews for First on Tenth may be negative, however I feel it's a good apartment for the price. Water shutoffs can occur in older buildings, but that is to be expected and only happens less than once a month. Elevators can be busy in highrises, but that's just part of life - there are worse issues out there. Our unit is pest-free and modern feeling; plus with the renovations done by Hazelview, the units look luxurious compared to other places in Calgary or other cities at this price point. The north side has great views too; however trains nearby can make noise when windows are open - but this isn't exclusive to First on Tenth as it affects many buildings nearby too. In conclusion, this building has its flaws like any other place - but overall it's great!
