Nowadays, it's quite rare to come across a dependable and responsive real estate agency--all my experiences in the past have been unpleasant. This one, however, surprised me with its attitude towards customers. The manager and office personnel were very courteous and aided me in finding an apartment I wanted to stay in; their customer service was extraordinary. It's an excellent place to dwell; the units are really nice and roomy living room, bedroom, and bathroom are all kept up well. The cleaning staff does an outstanding job of keeping everything tidy at all times. The building management is also good at communicating with tenants regularly. In terms of location, it's great--everything is nearby plus it's a tranquil area with a secure environment if you're living alone or with family members. I'm completely satisfied with the management team as well as the building itself; I hope this level of performance continues on into the future too!
